PHPConf.Asia adopts a Code of Conduct

We are pleased to publish our official Code of Conduct for all attendees, exhibitors and all our conference staff. Our Code of Conduct is adapted from PyCon Code of Conduct and the GeekFeminism.org Code of Conduct.

In it, we detail our definition of harassment, methods of reporting, appropriate response from our staff and participants and also the consequences (if any).

Do feel free to send us your comment or provide us feedback at [email protected].

We support Bitcoin!

So we just added support for payment of conference ticket via bitcoin.

However, due to the extra administrative work needed to support Bitcoin, we are only accepting payment in a fixed denomination (BTC 0.80).

Here’s the deep link to the payment page: https://phpconfasia.codecraft.com.sg/?code=btcpayment

The talk formats are as follows:

  • 45 minute talks.
  • 15 minute lightning talks.

We are looking for talks of various levels – beginners, intermediate and advanced.

Thematically, you could focus on one of the following keywords: web development, front-end development, backend development, DevOps, big data, enterprise applications, Internet of Things, frameworks, advanced OOP, TDD, BDD, agile methodologies, disruptive technologies, robotics, etc.

Closing date for CFP submission is 15 July 2015.

Change of Conference Dates

The conference dates will be rescheduled to 22 and 23 September 2015.

This is due to one of the previous dates (24th) coinciding with a Singapore public / religious holiday (Hari Raya Haji).
